The right to gripe: States seek to protect negative online reviews

This is pretty crazy, but the companies were smart. We assign our rights away with no knowledge because,  hey who really reads all that fine print?

And the companies know it.

Personally I’m disgusted that my right to speak out as a customer or client could ever be blocked.
